Refund Policy for Techkens LLC
We value customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, the following refund policy applies: Deposits: Non-refundable once installation is scheduled.
- Completed Services: If the work was performed according to the service agreement, no refunds are available.
- Faulty Workmanship: We will provide corrections at no additional cost within the warranty period.
- Equipment: Refunds are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy.
